"TOMA UNICA" SECTION RULES
1. Shoot your film in Super 8 using a single reel for film and director:
- Any reversible film (positive film) in colour or in black and white (as Ektachrome 64T if you want to shoot in colour, or Kodak Tri-X or Plus-X if you want to shoot in black and white).
2. You have absolute freedom to choose the theme and genre of your movie: drama, documentary, video clip, experimental, travel ...
3. Deposit the amount of the cost of the development (11 € for colour and 13 € for black and white), specifying the name of the director of the film:

For shippings from outside the European union, make sure you write in the envelope in a visible position: “For cultural purposes only. No commercial value”.
4. Send before October 1, a copy of the receipt of payment, the registration form and the film (undeveloped) to the following address:

Indicate on the envelope: "For Cultural Purposes Only, no commercial value" for shipments outside the European Union.
5. The organization will be in charge of sending all the films to the lab.
6. The night of the Festival will screen your movie and no one has seen before!. You will discover it at the same time as the public and the organization!
7. As the Super 8 is silent, you can add sound to the movie at the time of live showing: with a CD, live dubbing actors, musicians, or whatever you want. And it could be also silent. The musicians must bring their own instruments and if necessary the corresponding amplification. The organization has only CD player and three vocal microphones.
8. There will be prizes awarded by a jury and the audience will be responsable of awarding the favorite movie and the best sound.
9. The organization will send all the movies to their creators after the Festival.
10. Participants agree that the film can be uploaded on the festival website or possibly on other Web sites with information about the event, and can be shown onto other members of the “Tourné Monté Festivals European network”.
11. Send a synopsis of your film, four or five lines, along with the cast and crew and a photo shoot, or whatever you want, from one to five megs of resolution.
12. The organization will be able to solve any eventuality that may arise at the Festival.
13. Participation at the Festival implies the acceptance of these rules.
