SECTION OF SHORT FILM CREATION IN SUPER 8 AND 16MM RULES
1.Shorts should be filmed in Super 8 or 16mm format.
2.All genders are permitted, up to 30 minutes and finished after January 1st, 2009.
3.Two shorts by director will be allowed.
4.Before October 1st, a DVD copy of the work and the registration form should be sent to the following address:

Write down on the envelope: "For Cultural Purposes Only, no commercial value" for shipments from outside the European Union.
5.The organization will make a selection of the short films to be screened at the Festival.
6.Innovation within an idea of contemporary cinema will be assessed, regardless of gender.
7.Authors may submit a copy of the selected work in the original medium (Super 8 or 16mm) for screening purposes. Otherwise, the works will be screened in DVD.
8.A prestigious jury will select the best works and may distribute at their discretion a total of € 2,000 in cash prizes.
9.The organization will send the screening cinematographic copies to their authors once the Festival is finished.
10.The organization may solve any eventuality that may arise in the Festival.
11.Participation in the Festival means the acceptance of these rules.
